I've gotten a position in fast food for the time being. My prior experience in the summers of 2009 and 2010 helped me transition in very quickly, and allowed me to be useful. I think I came at a good time, because other people were leaving (more to come in a future entry), and I'm scheduled to work a 36-hour week this week. Hopefully it keeps up.
In the meantime, I'm taking the free moments I have and working on continuing my search on-line for degree-related work.
